Run onboarding and walkthroughs, turn customer evidence into well-structured sources, and bring the questionnaires we do not yet handle well back to the product team.
- Answered SIG or CAIQ questionnaires yourself
- Know SOC 2 and ISO 27001 control language
- Explain clearly to security and sales
