Your data
Your evidence stays yours, and leaves when you say so.
Owners can export or delete everything from Settings, without a ticket. Here is exactly what that covers.
What we store
- Sources. Extracted text split into passages, their embeddings, and the original file sealed with AES-256-GCM.
- Questionnaires. The imported file (sealed), the column mapping, questions, drafts, and approved answers.
- Review activity. Edits, approvals, assignments, comments, and exports, kept as the audit log.
- Account. Name, email, password hash or Google ID, workspace roles, and plan.
What we never store
- Questions or answers from the public demo
- Training data for any model, ours or a provider's
- Card numbers (Stripe holds them)
- Analytics or advertising profiles
Export everything
- Open Settings in your workspace (owners only).
- Choose Export everything.
- Download a ZIP with a JSON file per table: sources and their passages, questionnaires, answers with citations, the answer library, comments, and the audit log, plus your original files.

Delete, for real
- One source: its passages and embeddings are removed immediately; past answers keep a note that the source was deleted.
- The workspace: type the workspace name to confirm; every source, questionnaire, answer, comment, and audit record is deleted immediately.
- Backups: encrypted host backups expire within 30 days.
