Named-framework gaps and portal copy export
- NewQuestions that name a framework or certification no source mentions (for example FedRAMP or HIPAA) are now always marked Needs owner, with the missing name in the reason.
- NewPortal copy view on Team and Business: one copy button per answer for vendor portals that do not accept files.
- ImprovedColumn detection now looks for the header row in the first 20 rows, which fixes templates with long instruction blocks above the table.
- FixedCSV exports kept a trailing empty column when the source file had one.

Verbatim quote verification
- NewEvery citation is checked against its source passage before it is shown. Citations that do not match are dropped, and answers left without one are withheld as Needs owner.
- NewConfidence is now capped by evidence coverage, so a fluent answer on thin evidence cannot score above the review threshold.
- ImprovedSource review dates appear on citation chips, and overdue sources are flagged in the review table.
