Terms of Service

These terms apply to every workspace unless you have signed an order form with different terms.

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between Attestloom Inc., a Delaware C-Corp at 1910 Pacific Avenue, Suite 1450, Dallas, TX 75201 (“Attestloom”), and the business that creates a workspace (“Customer”). The person accepting them confirms they can bind that business. Attestloom is a business service and is not offered to consumers. If an order form conflicts with these terms, the order form wins.

Accounts and workspaces

Each workspace has at least one owner. Owners invite members and assign the owner, reviewer, or contributor role, and are responsible for who has access. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly at security@attestloom.com about any unauthorized use.

Plans, billing, and limits

  • Prices are in US dollars. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, and renew until canceled.
  • The Free plan includes one questionnaire per calendar month of up to 50 questions, two seats, and ten sources. Limits are enforced by the service.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload and the answers you approve. You grant Attestloom a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content only to provide the service to you, as described in the DPA summary. We do not use your content to train models.

AI-drafted answers

Attestloom drafts answers from your sources and shows the passages it relied on, a confidence score, and gaps it could not support. Drafts are suggestions. Your team decides what to approve and send, and is responsible for the accuracy of answers it gives to its own customers. Low-confidence answers must be approved by a reviewer before export, and questions without supporting evidence are left for an owner rather than answered.

Acceptable use

Do not use Attestloom to break the law, to upload content you have no right to share, to probe or overload the service, to resell it without our consent, or to create answers you know to be false.

Confidentiality

Each party protects the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care and uses it only to perform under these terms. Customer content is always treated as your confidential information.

Warranties and liability

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care and in line with the security measures on our Trust page. Otherwise the service is provided as is. Except for breaches of confidentiality, payment obligations, or a party's indemnity obligations, each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Term and termination

Either party may end the agreement for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. After termination you have 30 days to export your content, after which we delete it and our host backups expire within a further 30 days. You can delete everything sooner from Settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws rules, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas. Questions go to legal@attestloom.com.
